The Result
The end result was a very well built exhibition stand with a high end finish. The stand design lent itself to a modular system, therefore it was built so that elements could be either added or removed. As a result, the stand can be re-used for different events and different sized spaces and because it is predominantly white it also acts as a blank canvas for future events.

"After many years in a 'classic' trade show booth in a traditional industry, we wanted to update our image with a funky, clean and modern look. The team built us a dynamic, eye-catching and high-quality stand to spec and on budget. The compliments poured in, and it gave our company the image boost we were looking for." Juliana Farha, Founder / Managing Director.

The Brief
To build an exhibition stand from general arrangement visuals sent from the client to appear at an exhibition in Frankfurt. Whilst the exhibition was devoted to musical instruments, the theme of the stand was contemporary art.

The Solution
We provided the client with full project management including CAD work, procurement, planning and building supervision. We built a 6m x 3m x 3m high stand from a timber frame clad with fire rated MDF panels, which had a white pre cat satin finish. The stand incorporated two back walls with a back of house lockable storage area. Along the back wall there were five storage cupboards separated by full height dividing leaves. The leaves incorporated an illuminated section which was used to display the product on acrylic holders. The storage area included a shelving unit for stock items to be stored, along with a vanity mirror and light.

In order to create a more enclosed rectangular area we manufactured a stand alone meet and greet desk which acted as a corner unit to the stand. We also built a dwarf wall off the storage room, which included sliding doors and internal storage. Within the stand we included a seating area with a chrome and white glass top table and white and orange chairs which were positioned under an arc light attached to the storage wall. Artwork was printed onto canvas and positioned above the storage cupboards on the back wall, and graphic panels adorned the storage walls. To ensure that the stand and all its components were erected correctly we sent one of our staff to Frankfurt with the stand to help with the install.
