The Result
There was an increase in their revenue streams partnered with greater customer satisfaction and a 13% increase in takings. The increasing customer satisfaction has improved loyalty and thereby decreased the cost of sales as repeat business doesn't require advertising spend or discounting products.

The Brief
Design and build a visually exciting venue with a welcoming and engaging interior where guests will want to spend more time and money, the aim being to retain clients and raise the Butlins offer.

The Solution
We introduced an 'organic' design which uses curvy, flowing shapes and forms to create an environment that brings real visual excitement. The flowing lines guide guests through the venue, introducing them to the different areas, and directing their line of sight to the bar areas and to the staging areas. By reshaping the stage area and redesigning the lighting and AV set-up we created a versatile space to host live music and entertainment. The installation is part of a two-phase 12 month long process, due to be completed mid 2008.
